Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Velvet Touch Massage Therapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notice Requirement: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Notifications can be made via email, phone call, or message.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file, and a receipt will be emailed to you.
2. Insurance Coverage
Please note that insurance providers do not cover fees for missed appointments, late cancellations, or late rescheduling. These charges are the client’s responsibility.
3. Arrival Time

Prompt Arrival: We request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete or update your Health History Form if necessary.

Parking: Parking is available across the street at Green P parking or on surrounding streets. Please allow extra time to find a parking spot.
4. Statutory Holiday Pricing
Appointments on statutory holidays are subject to a 10% price increase, affecting the overall package price. Clients are responsible for covering the difference between regular and holiday rates.
